Joker Smoker Bourbon Butter 🧈🥃🔥
Smooth, rich, and just a little bit wild—this bourbon butter is perfect for finishing steaks, glazing grilled corn, or slathering on a hot biscuit. It’s sweet, smoky, and a little boozy in the best way.
Ingredients:
1/2 stick (4 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp bourbon (Woodford recommended 🍷)
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cow Powder rub
Instructions:
Mix It Up:
In a small bowl, combine softened butter, bourbon, brown sugar, and Cow Powder. Stir until fully blended and smooth.Shape & Chill:
Scoop the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Roll into a log, twist the ends, and refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour).Slice & Serve:
Cut into medallions and melt over grilled steaks, smoked pork chops, veggies, or toast.
