Joker Smoker Smoked Mac-n-Cheese ππ₯π§
You canβt go wrong with this creamy, smoky, cheesy crowd-pleaser. Perfect for BBQs, backyard hangs, or anytime you want to show off your pitmaster side.
Ingredients:
1 box elbow macaroni
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
16 oz Velveeta cheese
8 oz block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz block pepper jack cheese, shredded
3 tbsp Fat Boy Rub (plus more for topping)
Instructions:
Boil the Macaroni:
Cook the elbow noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.Make the Cheese Sauce:
In a large pot, heat the heavy cream and milk over medium-low heat. Stir in the Velveeta until fully melted and smooth.Flavor It Up:
Add 3 tablespoons of Fat Boy Rub to the sauce. Stir well, then add the shredded sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted and everything is creamy and blended.Combine:
